For someone unfamiliar with Once Upon a Farm, how would you describe the company’s mission and core offerings?

We source local, organic, and non-GMO ingredients from farmers we know and trust, creating meaningful relationships, while supporting our communities. What is the background of Once Upon a Farm? When did it start and how has it evolved since?
Once Upon a Farm started in a mother’s kitchen. I tried to make all of my first daughter’s food, while simultaneously trying to be a mom and hold another full-time job. I found that doing all three was not realistic and took precious time away from my little one. I wanted to be able to go to the store and buy something that was akin to the high-quality food I was making at home. I was shocked to find it didn’t yet exist! I could find fresh pet food but no fresh baby food! I combined my knowledge of HPP with my knowledge of nutrition and childhood development, sought out a strategic business partner and thus, Once Upon a Farm was born. It has since evolved from local farmers markets and local delivery to over 240 stores in less than a year since launching.
What are the most popular and/or newest products from Once Upon a Farm?
Sun Shiny Strawberry Patch, Green Kale & Apple, and Mama Bear Blueberry seem to be the favorites among the little ones!
What sets Once Upon a Farm apart from other baby and child food companies on the market?
We use High Pressure Pasteurization vs. High HEAT pasteurization, which allows us to maintain the safety of the product while also maintaining the nutrients, textures, colors and aromas of the original food.
