Keynote Speaker: Natalie Diaz

Natalie Diaz founded Twiniversity, the world’s leading support network for multiple birth families, in 2009. She’s become the global influencer for this small niche community. Reaching over a million families a week through Twiniversity’s Facebook, TwitterPinterestInstagram, and YouTube channels, moms and dads of twins flock to Twiniversity to find resources, ask questions, explore new products, and find community and support from other twin parents. Natalie is a true connector, bringing parents from all walks of life together, breaking past cultural differences, to share in the highs and lows of parenting twins. Natalie’s book, What To Do When You’re Having Two is a global bestseller in Twins & Multiples Parenting.

Sharon Curtin-Bottomley, Lamaze International

Upon earning a nursing degree in 1985, Sharon has gone on to work in the medical profession for over 33 years. As an RN she has experience in a variety of specialties, but it was her time in labor and delivery that set her on her current path. After receiving certification as a Lamaze educator, she began teaching private childbirth classes and founded Confidence In Birth in 2012. She also became a board certified lactation consultant in 2014. Presently, along with providing private lessons, she works as a lactation consultant and a perinatal nurse educator at Kaiser Permanente, teaching classes on topics from pregnancy, labor and delivery, Lamaze, breast feeding and baby care. She continues to seek out techniques that can empower new families, including HypnoBirthing and infant massage.

Richard Pass

Richard Pass, RN, BS, Founder, Save a Little Life

Richard is committed to educating families who are expecting, already have infants, toddlers and need to know the necessary skills to save a life. His courses have a section on prevention – which is where parents will be spending most of their effort at home and elsewhere. Save A Little Life is committed to making sure all participants have a functional capacity to perform the necessary skills as well as how best to access and prepare for paramedic arrival.

Chad Ekstrom

Chad Ekstrom, Kanga Care

Chad Ekstrom has been changing cloth diapers for over 11 years. Fathering 5 amazing kiddos has proven to make Chad a bit of an expert in the cloth diaper community. From soup to nuts, Chad has supported Julie (wife to Chad, founder and CEO of Kanga Care, and owner of multiple diaper patents) from the early days of cutting and tracing fabric while making diapers at home, to current day developing of Kanga Care’s international presence by partnering with distributors near and far.

Dr. Robert Titzer, Infant Learning
